Give your full attention to the final illustrator in my 2018 NYFW series: Militon Précieux. Her drawing style includes scribble art, a controlled chaos that forms an outline of sorts around her characters. She leaves hair black and skin white, giving the colorful clothing center stage. This also creates an interesting contrast, making the illustrations look flat but only to a certain degree. Think along the lines of paper dolls coming to life and taking over the most fashionable streets in the world.

*Note: Based on her Instagram feed, Militon’s style has recently evolved. For the sake of relevance, I’ve chosen to focus on her work from 2018.
