With their tilted heads and long limbs, Gerardo Larrea’s characters resemble high fashion dolls that are a little more limber than the typical Barbie. Speaking of dolls, the big eyes and pursed lips remind me of another franchise: Bratz. Give me all the sass! Physical appearance aside, I love the style that Gerardo brings to fashion collections through color and theming. There’d better be someone else who would binge-watch an animated show based on his work because I am seconds away from starting a petition. 🙋🏻♀️ 📝 📺
