Musical Theater fans, this is for you.  Kendyll Romine has given the world a gift by drawing beloved characters for all 365 days of 2016 plus one bonus illustration on January 1, 2017.  I discovered this project last February through @FiddlerBroadway, the Fiddler on the Roof instagram account.  Because Fiddler is my favorite musical and Kendyll’s art is amazing, I was intrigued and had to find out more.  When I found her on Instagram, I realized what the project was, and she immediately became my first featured artist for 2017.  The images below represent the musicals I have seen.  There are many many more so please utilize the links at the end of this post and check out the rest of the project.  Enjoy! 😀

🎶 Oh! I love to climb a mountain and to reach the highest peak, but it doesn’t thrill me half as much as dancing cheek to cheek! 🎶

🎶 Why should I care? Life is one long jubilee so long as I care for you and you care for me! 🎶

🎶 You can be my best of friends as opposed to paying dues, but don’t nobody bring me no bad news! 🎶

🎶 “Well which one do you like the best?” “Whatever one I’m with!” 🎶

🎶 Lord help the mister who comes between me and my sister! 🎶

🎶 Silly to cry, nothing to fear, betcha where they live’s as nice as right here; betcha your life is gonna be swell. Looking at them, it’s easy to tell… The sun’ll come out tomorrow, bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow, there’ll be sun. Just thinking about tomorrow clears away the cobwebs and the sorrow, come what may… Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow; you’re only a day away… 🎶
