It was so hard to pick my favorite look. This was a BIG week in fashion, and everyone was on their ‘A’ game. However, it has to be done. My “Best Dressed” pick for this week is… Nicky Hilton!! Her dress was refreshingly modest but still young and fashionable. She was a gorgeous bride. If I had to choose a non-bridal look, my choice would be… Cara Delevingne!! The standout eye makeup and jade green dress with netting made Cara look like a modern mermaid. Beautiful!
