Here we are, the start of a new year. Unfortunately school did start again today. My only positive thought is that the faster school starts, the faster it ends for summer break; that will be my motivation through the next five and a half months.
I have felt really tired and distressed about going back to school. It always takes me a few weeks to get back into the groove of homework and deadlines. But, only 20 more months to go! As you have probably noticed, I added a countdown to graduation on the right sidebar. I thought it was a nice touch since I am still a photography student; it helps you all get a glimpse into my world and count down with me. Class of 2014!
I hope everyone had a safe and happy Christmas and New Year; I sure did. To end this post, I will mention my one and only resolution: To focus on the present one day at a time and not stress about the future. God bless 2013!

“It’s being here now that’s important. There’s no past and there’s no future. Time is a very misleading thing. All there is ever, is the now. We can gain experience from the past, but we can’t relive it; and we can hope for the future, but we don’t know if there is one.” – George Harrison
